The lamp arrived in a badly damaged and crushed box. the lamp itself is bent, and unfortunately it does not work or light up at all. we are very disappointed with the condition of the item and would like the seller to send us a replacement.

Absolute theft, the product has not been delivered to me, it has been lost, acknowledged and certified by the courier company, and there is no way to get my money back. Aliexpress and the supplier are washing their hands of the matter. I am going to the consumer protection office. They consider the case closed no matter how much I claim for the money or the product.
The lamp does not turn on
Medium-quality item, packaging needs improvement to ensure it arrives in good condition. One of the lamps was bent and was fixed, but it didn't turn out very well.
The box arrived all damaged, I had to straighten the top of the lamp myself which was bent. It's plastic so visually it's okay, but it really feels cheap!!!! Looking at the photos and the colors offered, you would think it's metal! But no!!!! A scam for me.
