Honestly, i was worried because i only checked the reviews after placing my order, but to my pleasant surprise, the package arrived quite quickly and was very well packed! at first, i was afraid it might be damaged or missing letters, but it is exactly what i wanted in terms of size (70cm), and the quality is incredible—everything was spot-on, so thank you!!!😍😍
The shipping was relatively fast, they responded to my messages but I never received an example of how my logo would look with the reference image I sent them. However, the design arrived in great condition, the installation was easy even though some pieces didn't fit the mold, but I think that was because my design had many details. Still, it turned out perfect. If you need to specify something, do it from the day you place your order, even if they don't contact you. Provide all the necessary information about how you want your design so they can make it work.

A letter is missing!!
Well, listen, I never write reviews but this time I have to!!!! I received the shipment and at first I was shocked, nothing seemed clear, I was sure that the manufacturer of the logo got confused and sent me something else, then I realized that I had to assemble it myself (not difficult) they put your logo on a page on the side and you know how to assemble the pieces, and these are big pieces, it arrived in amazing quality😍 It's big, you should take the 60cm even bigger one, it's beautiful! Besides, for those who have come to me for advice hahahahaha @smoothbynoy on Instagram
Delivery arrived earlier than expected, which is a positive point.
On the other hand, I am really disappointed with the packaging. The letters were all packed into a small box, stuck together without any separation or protection. Result: the H and N arrived broken.
I don't understand why they are not individually packaged or at least protected with bubble wrap. For a product of this type, it is essential.
I also took the 60 cm size thinking it would be a suitable size for a wall, but I feel like it's still quite small in the end. I'm even wondering what the 40 cm looks like if the 60 cm already seems small...
It's a shame, because the result could have been really good if the packaging and the size perception had been better anticipated.
